Continuing a Legacy of Excellence and Distinction—and in a first-of-its-kind initiative in the Arab Republic of Egypt The College of Oral and Dental Surgery, under the leadership of Professor Dr. Hala El-Manoufi, Dean of the College and Acting President of Misr University for Science and Technology, successfully hosted an intensive four-day workshop titled: “Full Arch Surgery All on X, Immediate Loading”, held from September 15 to 18, 2025, under the direct supervision of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, led by Professor Dr. Rehab El-Sharkawy, along with the dental team comprising Dr. Noaman Kamal and Dr. Ahmed Murad. The workshop attracted a distinguished group of skilled dental surgeons from several countries, including Germany, Albania, and Bulgaria. Participants engaged in an advanced training program that seamlessly integrated precise theoretical knowledge with intensive hands-on surgical applications in the field of full-arch dental implantology. Throughout the workshop, the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery team and participants successfully planned and executed 12 full-arch implant cases. This provided a unique opportunity to refine their surgical skills within a structured educational environment, directly contributing to enhanced patient outcomes through advanced therapeutic solutions.

Through this landmark event, the college of Oral and Dental surgery reaffirms its leading position as a distinguished center for specialized medical education—offering cutting-edge training programs that meet the evolving needs of the dental community and reflect the latest advancements in oral surgery and implant dentistry.
